RSNO: The Royal Scottish National Orchestra runs a Composers' Hub scheme each year. Anna was one of five composers to write for the orchestra in 2017/18. Find out more here.
ADOPT A COMPOSER: Anna has been 'adopted' by Merchant Sinfonia for the 2017/18 'Adopt a Composer' scheme which pairs amateur ensembles with emerging composers. Adopt a Composer is run by Making Music in partnership with Sound and Music, in association with BBC Radio 3, and funded by PRS Foundation and the Philip and Dorothy Green Music Trust. HET BALLETORKEST: Anna's Three Miniatures were recently workshopped by Het Balletorkest and conductor Matthew Rowe, with mentorship from composer Tarik O'Regan, this October in Amsterdam. The workshop explored different approaches to orchestration, with variations of each miniature being presented.
